  • Can I do my own maintenance?

    Exterior maintenance may be done by owner. Interior maintenance may be done by owner during periods of vacancy only. We arrange maintenance in all other instances.



  • Do you charge the tenant a security deposit? What about a pet fee?

    Yes. Our policy is that the security deposit is typically one month's rent. Pets are not allowed without your permission. When pets are allowed, a pet fee is required for each cat, dog or other animal. A tenant who has a verified service animal will not be charged a fee.

  • How do you screen tenants?

    When screening tenants we perform a credit and national criminal background check. In addition, we also check for evictions within the past 5 years, rental history, employment, and debt ratio.

  • How will I get my rental income?

    Owner payments are made via electronic deposit.

  • What is a section 8 tenant?

    A Section 8 tenant refers to individual who receives assistance with all or a portion of the monthly rent from the county where the property is located.

  • Where will you advertise my home?

    We advertise your home to local and national websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Multiple Listing Service, etc.
